In the light of the clear stipulation in the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015 and particularly the Maharashtra Ordinance No.XVII of 2018 which amended Maharashtra Act No.23 of 2001 and introduced Section 4A, no relief could have been granted to the petitioner to protect the admission. The admission of the petitioner cannot be protected. When this position is brought to the notice of Mr.Bhangoji, on instructions from the petitioner, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition. Leave granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
