In both these Applications, the learned Counsel for Applicants so as to demonstrate their bona fides have drawn the Demand Drafts for

2/3 Yadav 5.ba.3250.18 aw 6.ba.3310.18 an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- in Bail Application No. 3250 of 2018 and Rs. 2,50,000/- in Bail Application No. 3310 of 2018 respectively in favour of the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay. 2.

The chargesheet in the matter is yet to be filed, as the matter is still under investigation. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicants. Considering the bona fides shown, a case for grant of bail is made out. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) In view of above, in Crime No. 279 of 2018 for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 489-B read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, both the Applicants be released on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Both the Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses. (C) Till filing of the chargesheet, both the Applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the police station.

The statement of the learned Counsel for Applicant that the demand drafts will be submitted with the Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay within one week from today is accepted. 4.

The deposit of amount is without prejudice to the defence to be raised by the Applicants during trial.

The Registrar, High Court, Appellate Side, Bombay shall transmit the said amount pursuant to the request to be made by the Investigating Officer, so that the said amount can be shown as the amount in the crime in question.
