Ms. Mrinal Shelar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that when the present Criminal Bail Application

902-BA-3939-2023.DOC Sonali was filed, the investigation was progressing and the Charge-sheet was not filed. Subsequently, final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed and therefore she seeks withdrawal of the Criminal Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court. 2.

Accordingly, leave as sought is granted. The Criminal Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with leave as sought.

In view of the disposal of the Criminal Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Applications and the same are also disposed of.
