Mr. Apte, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, having taken instructions from his clients, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach respondent no.2 with detailed representation in respect of the grievance made in the petition regarding Government Resolution dated 26th July, 2018 issued by the School Education and Sports Department, Maharashtra State.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. 3.

In the event, such representation is made within four weeks from today, respondent no.2 shall dispose of the same after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. 1/2
