We deem it convenient to dispose of the petition by directing respondent no.6 - Collector or any Offcer authorised by the Collector to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17th November, 2018, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit 'L' page 32 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all rights and contentions of the respective parties are kept expressly open to be agitated before the appropriate authority.
