This application is for condonation of delay caused in filing an appeal against the conviction. The delay is of 220 days. The applicant is convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Malegaon, for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, vide judgment and order dated 03.03.2023 and sentenced him to undergo Rigorous Imprisonment for three years. 2.

For the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos. 3, 4 and 5, the application seeking condonation of delay in filing an appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
