This communication is only inter-department correspondence between the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Sangli and the Block Development Officer. The copy of the communication is not marked to the Petitioner. Therefore, this is not an order against the Petitioner to close down the school as apprehended by the Petitioner. Therefore, the Petition is filed at a pre-mature stage.
