By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 24/07/2018 passed by the learned Member of MACT, Satara in MACP No.70/2015.

The explanation for the delay is given in paragraph 4, 5 and 6 of the application. The said uncontroverted averments, in my considered view, constitute sufficient ground. Hence, the delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
