The applicants submits that when the bailiff tried to serve the notice on the respondents, he could not succeed. Instead, he returned the notices with the remark that "the proprietor of M/s. Fab Fashion was not found at the address and on an enquiry, it was informed that she has not gone to meet her sister and there is no likelihood of she returning back in short time."

2. In view of the difficulty the petitioner has faced in serving the notice on the respondents, now it has taken out this interim application

For the reasons mentioned in the application, it is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).
