By an order dated 12th December, 2023, while granting ad-interim protection this Court had given liberty to the applicant to appear before the Appellate Court and seek cancellation of non-bailable warrant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, submits that the applicant had appeared before the Court of Session and the warrant has been cancelled by an order dated 9th January, 2024.

The application has served its purpose.
