Counsel for the Petitioners states that in view of the settlement effected with the Respondents and which was brought to the notice of 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Vasai, who disposed of the suit (Regular Civil Suit No.330/2017) as withdrawn and the fees having been refunded to the plaintiffs, nothing survives in the present petition and he seek liberty to withdraw the same. The communication addressed to the learned counsel and also the order passed in Regular Civil Suit No.330/2017 is placed on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
