The above Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to Respondent No.1 to decide the Objection Application No.35 of DECEMBER 12, 2023 Aswale

9.WP.15279.23.DOC 2023 filed by the Petitioners on its own merits and in a time bound period.

It has been brought to our attention that the said Objection Application has already been decided vide order dated 28th November, 2023. In these circumstances, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners sought leave to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to take out appropriate proceedings to challenge the order dated 28th November, 2023 passed by Respondent No.1 (the Land Acquisition Officer and Sub Divisional Officer, Mangaon). In these circumstances, the above Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. No order as to costs.

In view of the withdrawal of the above Writ Petition, nothing survive in the above Interim Application and the same is disposed of accordingly.

This order will be digitally signed by the Private Secretary/ Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act order.
