Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.539 of 2023 registered with Nehrunagar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 448, 464, 474 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The application preferred by the applicant before the Court of Session awaits adjudication. The applicant has approached this Court as on 5 December 2023, the learned Additional Sessions Judge was persuaded to post the application to 18 December 2023 for say of the prosecution and hearing. 4.

Learned APP submits that the applicant will not be arrested till the decision of the application preferred by the applicant before the Court of Session. 5.
