Learned Counsel Mr. Shermale appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, they have filed the present Contempt Petition for non compliance of order dated 28/11/2017 passed by this court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he received an instruction from his client that the said order is already complied with by the State.

In view of this subsequent development, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition.

Hence, the contempt petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
