Since the applicant has shown his bonafides, the Ad-interim order dated 12/12/2018 stands confirmed and the application stands allowed on the same terms recorded in the order dated 12/12/2018.

The Demand Draft handed over to Court Sheristedar is taken on record and same be sent to The Registrar, Appellate Side of this Court.

Investigating Officer is at liberty to collect the aforesaid amount as the amount involved, seized from the applicant in the crime in question.
