Heard learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

Apart from registration of counter FIR at the behest of group member of the Applicants resulting in registration of Crime No. 336 of 2018 punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the only role attributed to the Applicants is that of using plain stick in the commission of crime in question. Investigation is almost completed.

All the accused persons in another crime are already released on bail. In view thereof, the present Application is allowed. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) In Crime No. 339 of 2018 punishable under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 326, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code, all the Applicants are released on executing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties each in the like amount.

(B) Till filing of chargesheet all the Applicants shall keep themselves away from the jurisdiction of the police station. (C) All the Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.
