Matter was looked into on earlier date and respondentState was asked to point out the details of other injured persons in the accident. Today, learned A.P.P has pointed out that there were 4 to 5 other injured persons and some of them had suffered fracture injuries also.

In this situation, it is apparent that the cognizance taken by police on the complaint of respondent No. 2 cannot be wiped out only because of no objection given by respondent No. 2. SQ Pathan 1/2
