Considering the nature of the directions proposed to be issued, service of notice on respondent no.3 is dispensed with. 3.

The petitioner seeks a limited direction to be issued to respondent no.2 to decide the proceedings in Appeal No.52 of 2020 that has been filed under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 .

Since it is found that the aforesaid appeal has been filed in October 2020, a direction is issued to respondent no.2 to decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this order. By clarifying that all points on merits are kept open, Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
