1] This is an application for reduction of bail amount imposed by this Court by its Order dated 4.10.2018.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, it is impossible for the applicant to furnish bail bond of Rs.50,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount and therefore despite there being an Order of bail, the applicant is still languishing in jail.

3] In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the the amount of bail bond is reduced from Rs.50,000/- to Rs.25,000/-. The applicant is direced to furnish PR bond in the sum of Res.25,000/- with one or more solvent sureties in the like amount.
