By this application, Applicant is seeking transfer of divorce petition A-1758 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Pune to Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan. The Respondent has no objection for transfer of petition.

In view of above, I pass following order.

ORDER

i. Application is allowed.

ii. The marriage petition No. A-1758 of 2023 pending before the Family Court, Pune be transferred to Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.

iii. The trial Court is requested to expedite the trial. (SHIVKUMAR DIGE, J.) 2/2
