By this Petition, the petitioner i.e., prosecutrix prays that paragraph No. 16 of the order dated 27th November, 2018 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, City Civil & Sessions Court, Borivali Division, Dindoshi in Bail Application No. 1021 of 2018 in C.R. No. 400 of 2018 be removed from the said order and also from the website. 3.

Perused order dated 27th November, 2018 wherein the learned Sessions Judge has released the accused on bail, who is prosecuted for Trupti 1/2

p514-wp-5608-2018.doc the offence punishable under sections 376 (2) (N), 377 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The observations of the learned Sessions Judge in paragraph No. 16 are unwarranted, as they are not supported by any material. Hence, the present Presiding Officer with the help of the Secretary of the concerned Court, who has uploaded the said order, to remove paragraph No.16 from the said order and also from the website. 4.

With this, Writ Petition is disposed of.
