The aforesaid writ petitions were admitted and interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) was granted till the disposal of the writ petitions. Liberty was also granted to apply for early hearing. 2.

It appears that pursuant to the said liberty granted, the respondent No.1 filed an interim application i.e. I.A.No. 1 of 2019 in the aforesaid petitions and sought early hearing of the petitions. Vide order dated 31st January, 2020, this Court (Coram : A.M.Badar, J) directed the registry to prepare a list of matters which were admitted for final hearing and in which, stay was granted and which matters were covered by the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Ltd. & Anr. V/s Central Bureau of Investigation. Accordingly, the Registry was directed to list those matters for final hearing peremptorily. Accordingly, the Interim Application No. 1 of 2019 was disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the High Court website shows that the aforesaid writ petitions have been disposed of when infact, only the Interim Application was disposed of. 4.

Accordingly, it is made clear that what is disposed of is the Interim Application No. 1 of 2019 and not the writ petitions. 5.

The aforesaid petitions to be listed for final hearing at the end of the Admission Board on 25th October, 2021. 6.

Interim relief, granted by this Court vide order dated 1st August, 2019, to continue till the aforesaid writ petitions are disposed of finally.
