Applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with FIR bearing No.197 of 2018, registered with Anantpur (Kota) Police Station, Rajasthan, under Sections 420 and 406 of Indian Penal Code. Applicants are residents of Dombivli, District - thane. It is submitted that the case of the complainant is that he had booked machine on 13th February,2015 and 21st March, 2015, which was delivered to him on time. FIR was lodged on 11th April, 2018. It is submitted that after delivery of the machine, according to the complainant, there was defect in the machine, which was sent for repairs. Applicant had issued invoke to the complainant. It is submitted that temporary protection be granted

Taking into consideration the submissions, the applicants are granted protection for a temporary period under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure.
Hence, I pass the following order:
:: O R D E R ::
(i) In the even of arrest of the applicants in connection with FIR No.197 of 2018, registered with Anantpur (Kota) Police Station, Rajasthan, they may be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(ii) This protection is granted for a period of four weeks, to enable the applicants to move before appropriate Court for appropriate reliefs;
(iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
