In terms of the earlier order, the disputes between the parties have been settled. The petitioner has agreed to accept the alternate accommodation. A written document has also been prepared and duly forwarded to the petitioner. The terms thereof have been agreed upon and now the formalities so as to complete the execution are pending.

In the circumstances, we do not think that the petitioner can apprehend any coercive steps forthwith at the hands of the M.M.Salgaonkar
