This is an Application for relaxation of condition No.5(iii) imposed by order dated 8 August 2018 in Bail Application No.1538/2018 by which the Applicant is directed not to reside in Taluka Haveli till conclusion of the trial.

The learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant is having agricultural land in Haveli Taluka and the trial has not even commenced and the condition is operating from August 2018.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Criminal Application is allowed. The condition as aforesaid is relaxed.
