This is an application for recalling the order dated 16.04.2016 passed by this Court dismissing the Appeal for non-prosecution and for want of removing all office objections by the appellant.

The Applicant has stated the reasons as to why the office objections could not be removed. Learned counsel for the Applicant further states that if he gets an opportunity, he will remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from

The delay in filing the application is condoned, subject to the applicant removing all the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of accordingly.
