After hearing for sometime when the Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned advocate for the applicant on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this application. It is however submitted that applicant is 20 years old and no criminal antecedents against him. He is in custody from 19th February, 2018. It is submitted that the trial may be expedited. 2.
