Petitioner is therefore having an alternate remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C.

By reserving the said remedy, Petition is disposed off. 4.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 5.

In view of the disposal of the Petition, Interim Application does not survive and is also disposed off.
