This is an application for seeking protection under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure in respect to complaint registered with EOW, Delhi vide FIR No. 195 of 2018 for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 of Indian Penal Code. The FIR has been lodged on 1st October, 2018. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the First Information Report has been lodged after delay of about 17 months. The applicants had received summons from the Investigating Agency on 4th January, 2018. In pursuant to that applicants had sought requisite documents from the said complainant. It is submitted that the applicants are brother. The marriage of applicant No.2 is being
Sknair 502-aba-2564-18.odt solemnized today and the marriage reception has been fixed on 3rd January, 2019. The applicants are resident of Andheri (East), MIDC. It is submitted that applicants be granted protection for a temporary period of eight weeks to enable the applicant to approach the appropriate court for seeking appropriate reliefs. 2.
In view of the submissions, the applicants are granted anticipatory bail for a temporary period to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs. 3.
In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with C.R. No.195 of 2018 registered with EOW, New Delhi, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to approach appropriate Court for seeking appropriate relief.

Criminal Application stands disposed off.
