In terms of liberty granted on 29/7/2016 in Criminal Application No.1369/2015, the present matter has been filed for quashing of FIR jointly. We have perused the FIR and assertions in paragraph 11 and 12 of the petition. Respondent No.2 (complainant) has tendered an affidavit accepting the settlement.

Demand draft in terms of paragraph 12 is handed over to him in Court. As the dispute appears to be between licensee and licensor and has no public angle, in view of joint request and affidavit we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
