By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is challenging the legality and validity of order dated 21st September 2023 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Pune Division, Pune in Revision Application No.280 of 2023.

Mr. Vijay Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states that the same order is also challenged before the Hon'ble Minister for Co-operation by filing Revision under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 states on instructions that the said Revision, pending before the Hon'ble Minister will be disposed of within a period of three months and the stay application if any, will be disposed of within a period of six weeks.

In view of this, nothing remains in the Writ Petition and therefore Mr.Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn, subject to above.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and all the contentions of all the parties are expressly kept open.
