Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is the second bail application preferred by the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected on merits vide order dated 16th April, 2018, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2834 of 2017. The said order is on page 104 of the application. 3.
There is no change of circumstance warranting interference in the order dated 16th April, 2018, which was passed about nine months back.

Accordingly, the Application for bail is rejected and disposed of as such. The trial of the applicant has already been expedited. The learned Special Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. 5.
