Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondent no.2.

By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 256 days in filing this civil application, to amend and show respondent no.1a as legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.3, for setting aside the abatement of cross objection as against respondent no.3.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the applicants have made out a case for grant of reliefs as prayed in the civil application.
