Considering the nature of relief sought by the Petitioners which pertains to the matter of "Recruitment" in Government Medical Colleges, we find that remedy of approaching the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal is available to the Petitioners. Hence, with liberty to the Petitioners to avail such remedy, the Writ Petition is disposed of as not entertained. 2.

All points raised are kept open. Petitioners are free to approach the Tribunal as the earliest.
