Applicant Accused, Respondent No.2 First Informant and Respondent No.3 injured are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR under Sections 279 and 338 of IPC as also consequential chargesheet. 2.

Respondent Nos.2 and 3 have filed their affidavits and are present in Court. They have again orally given their no objection. 3.

Respondent No.3 and Petitioner were traveling in car driven by Petitioner which met with accident. Both were injured. Respondent No.2 who is brother of Respondent No.3 lodged FIR. 4.

In this situation accepting joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
