The petitioner is challenging the interlocutory order passed during the pendency of the proceedings before the Competent Authority under the provisions of Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. It will be open for petitioner to raise all contentions in a substantive proceedings against the final order passed in the proceedings if it is adverse to the petitioner.
