The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment to the above Writ Petition in terms of the schedule annexed thereto.

We have heard Mr.Gole, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Petitioner as well as Mr.Patel, the learned AGP appearing on behalf of all the Respondents. Considering that the amendment is a pre-admission amendment, we allow the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That the Applicant be allowed to amend the Writ Petition No.7507 of 2023 in terms of the Schedule annexed hereto and also to carry out other consequential and necessary amendments."

The amendment shall be carried out within a period of 1 week from today and the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on the office of the Government Pleader within a period of 1 week thereafter.

The Respondents are directed to file their affidavit-in-reply to the above Writ Petition including the amended Writ Petition within a period of 3 weeks from the date of service of the amended Petition on the office of the Government Pleader.

The Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Place the above Writ Petition on board for directions on 2nd April, 2024.
