Learned Counsel for the applicant, at the outset, fairly states that the trial of the applicant has commenced and that till date 5 witnesses have been examined and that the prosecution intends to examine only three more witnesses. She, does not press this application, however, requests, that the trial of the applicant be expedited. 2.

Since the trial has commenced and 5 witnesses have already been examined, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge

The Application is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
