By this interim application, it is prayed that the order dated 15th December 2022 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution be recalled and the writ petition be restored to file. 2.

We have perused the reasons assigned in the interim application. The same appear to be acceptable. Though the application is opposed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos.1 & 2, we are inclined to recall the order dated 15th December 2022 and restore the writ petition for adjudication on merits.

Accordingly, the order dated 15th December 2022 is recalled. The writ petition is restored to file.

The interim order passed on 29th November 2000 shall stand revived. Add to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 12th February 2024.
