The Petitioners had filed Securitization Application No.210 of 2016 before the DRT, which was disposed of by order dated 6 March 2018. Pertinently, there is no reference of the Securitization Application No.210 of 2016 & the order dated 6 March 2018 in the Petition. The Petitioners have not challenged that order before the DRAT.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed. It will be open for the Petitioners to approach the DRAT, if so advised.
