On 9/1/2020, respondent no. 2 had disputed the fact of dissolution of marriage and therefore, the matter was adjourned to today.

Today, the petitioners are present with their advocate. Respondent no.2 is present with her advocate. The judgment and copy of the petition in Marriage Petition No. A-20/2016 are produced.

Respondent no.2 also accepts that the marriage has been dissolved. Respondent no.2 has stated that she has received the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- till date and the balance amount of nilegaonkar 1/2

47-wp-5639.2018.odt Rs.50,000/- is paid to her today in court in cash. She has given her no objection for quashing of the FIR.
