She would submit that Interim Application No. 876 of 2019 has been filed by the Applicant for seeking amendment. The schedule of the proposed amendment is at Page No.10 of the Interim Application. She would submit that the proposed amendment is required to be made since the Appeal bearing Civil Appeal (Stamp) No.367 of 2018 has been rejected by the learned Trial Court by a further order dated 22.7.2019.

For reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application deserves to be allowed and same stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 7 (b).
