This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation. The applicants are the parents of the deceased, who died at the age of 22 years in a vehicular accident on 19.09.2012. 2.

On hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the applicants are permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rs. Eight Lakhs only) out of the compensation deposited before the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation at Mumbai subject to Sneha Chavan page 1 of 2

4 ia 906-19 furnishing of usual undertaking to bring back the amount alongwith interest as may be directed by this Court.

The balance amount shall continue to stay invested in a fixed deposit.
