This is the second Anticipatory Bail Application preferred by the Applicant. The first Anticipatory Bail Application of the Applicant was rejected by this Court ( Revati Mohite Dere, J. ) vide Order dated 03.04.2018 passed in ABA No. 585 of 2018. Admittedly, the first Anticipatory Bail Application was rejected on merits.

2.

According to the prosecution, the Applicant was providing bogus sureties to the Advocates, who have also been arraigned as accused in the present case. It appears that when the

ABA 2586-18.doc sureties were arrested, the Applicant's name surfaced and it was found that the Applicant was in touch with the bogus sureties. It also appears that the said bogus sureties were furnished by the Applicant to Advocates to get the accused released on bail. This Court vide order dated 03.04.2018 observed in para 4 as under :- "4. Having perused the papers, prima facie, it appears that the Applicant was in contact with the bogus sureties who were arrested in Court premises. Prima facie, there is a nexus between the Applicant and the sureties and the Advocates to whom the bogus sureties were being furnished."

3.

Considering the nature of allegations, custody of the Applicant is necessary. In any case, there is no change in circumstance, warranting interference in the earlier order dated 03.04.2018. Accordingly, the Application stands rejected. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.)
