The learned Advocate for Applicant has taken out present Interim Application to serve Respondent Nos.1 to 4 by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notices issued to Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 14/03/2020, Respondent No.1 "there is no such firm in the society premises and do not know anything about said Respondent No.1"

and Respondent Nos.2 to 4 "not found as said building was found demolished".

The addresses of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 mentioned in the notices are same as mentioned in Appeal No.687 of 2005 in R.A.E. Suit No.2716 of 1985 before the learned Lower Court.

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondents.

Thus, only option left is to serve the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 by way of paper publication.

In turn, Interim Application No.624 of 2024 for paper publication is allowed. Issue publication notice to Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

The learned Advocate for Applicant to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) week and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
