In pursuance of the orders dated 25th March 2019 and 1st April 2019, the Petitioner is produced before this Court to verify whether the Petitioner is ready and willing to marry with Respondent No. 2. Learned APP, however, pointed out that the Petitioner is already married and name of his wife is Sunita. This fact is not disputed by the Petitioner or his father. Faced with this difficulty, Mr. Purwant, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
