The respondent's counsel has, however, submitted that the respondent has deposited Rs. 94,500/- in excess. If that be so, the applicant's withdrawal would be subject to the outcome of the writ 1/2

2. By any reason if Court could not hear the matter within the stipulated time, the applicant will continue to withdraw the amounts once the respondent deposits them.
