The applicant was granted bail by order dated 19th March, 2018, He was directed to furnish cash security for a period of six weeks. Subsequently time was extended by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant had furnished the requisite documents for the surety, the Liason officer of City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, has issued a letter to Naib Tahsildar (Revenue) of Matola, Buldhana. The said letter was issued on 17th September, 2018, however, the verification report of solvency certificate is not received by the City Civil & Sessions Court, Mumbai.

rpa 2/2 502-appp-1556-18.doc It is, therefore, submitted that time to furnish surety be extended by eight weeks. It is noted that the time was extended on the earlier occasion, however, considering the fact that the report is not received from the office of Naib Tahsildar (Revenue) of Matola, Buldhana, the facility of cash bail will have to be extended. In the circumstances, time to furnish surety and facility of cash bail is extended for a period of eight weeks. Criminal Application stands disposed of.
