This is an application by the original Claimant No. 1 for early hearing of the Appeal filed by Insurance Company. The Motor Accident Claim Petition was filed for compensation of death of son of Applicant and claimant no. 2. The age of the Applicant, as can be found from the impugned Judgment and order, was 54 years at the time of filing claim, which makes him more than 75 years old, as on today.
