Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 22nd October, 2018 on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. The applicant was also directed to furnish the cash security of Rs.50,000/- in lieu of surety for a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the applicant had sought extension of four weeks to furnish the surety for compliance of bail condition which was allowed by order dated 22nd November, 2018.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that applicant is resident of Ahmedabad and could not arrange the surety within

Sknair 505-appp-1557-18.odt stipulated time. It is therefore prayed that the facility of cash security granted by this Court may be extended to enable the applicant to furnish the surety in accordance with the order dated 22nd October, 2018.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned advocate for the applicant, the facility of cash security granted by this Court vide order dated 22nd October, 2018 is extended to enable the applicant to furnish surety and for compliance of bail condition in accordance with the order dated 22nd October, 2018 by a period of six weeks.

Application stands disposed off.
